Returns

We are sure you will love your purchase from Cocktails and Cabanas, after all we only sell what we love! We do understand though, that occasionally something is just not for you. If this is the case, then you must let us know via email within the 14 days after your item arrives. To be eligible for a return, items MUST be unworn/unused, have ALL tags still attached and be in the same condition it was when it was received. It is the customers responsibility to pay for the cost of the return and we suggest using a tracked service.

ALL personalised goods are exempt from returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of the item arriving back to us. Please note, the original cost of delivery will not be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In the very unlikely event of this happening, send us an email at hello@cocktailsandcabanas.com

If you need an alternative size then please follow the instructions for returns and then reorder through the website.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Cocktails and Cabanas, Wildwood, Hebron, Morpeth, Northumberland NE61 3LA.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returned items until they arrive at our address.
